Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days to arrive within the continental United States, depending on your location, with expedited shipping options available at checkout for an additional cost. Because Ridgeline Sports partners with a variety of specialty suppliers to bring you a wider selection of gear, items from different brands may ship from different locations and arrive separately, even within the same order; if your order includes products from multiple suppliers, you may receive more than one package and each may have its own tracking number and delivery estimate. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and supplier partners and are not guaranteed; delays due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods (such as around the holidays or start of baseball/softball season) may occasionally occur and are outside of our control. At this time, Ridgeline Sports ships within the United States only; we're not yet able to fulfill international orders. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you have any concerns about your shipment, please reach out to our customer support team so we can make it right.
